mashed cauliflower and parsnip; recipe by Mimi Kirk
a staple lately in my meals, in other words…. I LOVE it!

brussel sprouts salad with jicama raw fries; recipe by: Mimi Kirk
**this was my snack this evening. Really very perfect! I used stone ground mustard as a dip. There is more of these dishes stored in the fridge for tomorrow. Glory Be!

coconut pulp with coconut water fermenting into yogurt-- I can hardly wait until tomorrow to eat some after sneaking a taste-- oh, it's a mighty fine taste alright!

Suddenly, mid November I felt compelled to be doing workout exercises in the gym. I was then given a free membership and have been doing aerobics since. Next step is yoga and weight lifting. Each weekend I try to make the yoga class and thus far have not been able to work it in. Here is a great video to inspire anyone into believing they too can improve their fitness. I work out at GoodLife Fitness which has both an infrared sauna and a steam sauna. I do the infrared followed by the steam after each workout.
My energy is high for working out and I love it every moment. Odd, in the past I would have to push myself and was forever looking for ways to entertain myself while using equipment. Now time flies and before I know it 2 hours has passed! That'd be 5 thumbs up! I'm a happy gal.

Exercising helps with the mercury detox and I think my sudden apparent go wild 'need' for it tells me I am ready to go to deeper levels of detox. I am considering writing a partner blog regarding drainage and detox.

I wonder what time Ernestine actually goes to bed. wow up at 3:00 AM

Ernie is one exercise loving creature! She looks fabulous and I'm sure she feels so too.

Body Ecology Coconut Kefir

Best Price on Coconuts I find is from Asian stores. I generally take a case at a time; they come 9 to a case. Most often the coconuts are 1.99$ a piece. I ask for a 10% per case discount which so far has been happily given to me. That brings the price of the coconuts to 1.80$ each. The price on coconuts rise and fall, lower and higher of 1.99$, at times.

Thus far to make yogurt from coconuts I do the same as I do when making yogurt from nut milk. I use HMF Forte or HMF Replete, both giving both Lactobacilus acidolphilus and bifidus bacterias. HMF is a brand cultured on human mothers milk which gives a strain of bacteria that will implant into the human gut.

Experimenting, & Art is all there is.

one of the most scrumptious salads I have ever eaten!

lettuce (I forget what it is named), baby spinach, cantaloupe, kiwi, raw 'fried' yellow onions, large cherry tomatoes(local), mustard dressing and a healthy grind of black pepper. I ate a massive bowl full, amazingly sensational!

cookies in the dehydrator. I sampled them and they taste close to date squares. I wasn't thinking to do such a thing. 'Gifts Always Happen'

raw chocolate sauce- I like the play of light as is caught in the camera lens reflected off the whisking whisk--the light looks like a hand with all 4 fingers and a thumb. Art is all there is.

I am not a fan of 'super foods' and do not eat chocolate as a super food. Once in a while I wish to eat it or serve it to others. So from Mimi Kirk's raw food recipe book, I made chocolate sauce, this evening. Very easy to make, takes little time. In the freezer are 6 chocolate tarts with walnuts and goji berries, to be ready for tomorrow.

When I think of cooked food now, which is rare, and prompted by pictures triggering taste memories, I don't even begin to try and talk myself into it. I lose interest in it real quickly. In fact my mind fills up with images of mushed unappealing looking dead stuff when thinking about eating cooked foods, now. My mind will automatic rewrite without prompting, to keep up to date with my sound changes. Cooked food is as different to raw living food as bottled baby food is, compared to feeding a baby straight from the dinner table.
However, if I still wish to eat anything cooked, I will if I really want to. Gentle change in which I embrace and love myself wholly, works well.

My blog served its purpose well and it only took a little over 2 years, with this summer running grand finale in the open. I will continue to share what I find delicious, exciting, new and interesting. This blog is not over yet!
