Experimenting, & Art is all there is.

one of the most scrumptious salads I have ever eaten!

lettuce (I forget what it is named), baby spinach, cantaloupe, kiwi, raw 'fried' yellow onions, large cherry tomatoes(local), mustard dressing and a healthy grind of black pepper. I ate a massive bowl full, amazingly sensational!

cookies in the dehydrator. I sampled them and they taste close to date squares. I wasn't thinking to do such a thing. 'Gifts Always Happen'

raw chocolate sauce- I like the play of light as is caught in the camera lens reflected off the whisking whisk--the light looks like a hand with all 4 fingers and a thumb. Art is all there is.

I am not a fan of 'super foods' and do not eat chocolate as a super food. Once in a while I wish to eat it or serve it to others. So from Mimi Kirk's raw food recipe book, I made chocolate sauce, this evening. Very easy to make, takes little time. In the freezer are 6 chocolate tarts with walnuts and goji berries, to be ready for tomorrow.

When I think of cooked food now, which is rare, and prompted by pictures triggering taste memories, I don't even begin to try and talk myself into it. I lose interest in it real quickly. In fact my mind fills up with images of mushed unappealing looking dead stuff when thinking about eating cooked foods, now. My mind will automatic rewrite without prompting, to keep up to date with my sound changes. Cooked food is as different to raw living food as bottled baby food is, compared to feeding a baby straight from the dinner table.
However, if I still wish to eat anything cooked, I will if I really want to. Gentle change in which I embrace and love myself wholly, works well.

My blog served its purpose well and it only took a little over 2 years, with this summer running grand finale in the open. I will continue to share what I find delicious, exciting, new and interesting. This blog is not over yet!

first of the zucchini from my garden! :)

AM 20 oz water

tall glass of veggie fruit juice, carrot, kale, gala apple and granny apple, cucumber, broccoli, celery, mixed with almond milk

2:00 PM at the market I picked up 2 spring rolls filled with different kinds of sprouts and wrapped in thin rice paper. A sauce accompanied which had a bit of wheat in it. My energy went down after eating one and I refrigerated the other one and made a matcha tea which I drank with the last blackberry tart.

5:00 PM blueberries with almond cream and honey, in a cup, and I ate two cups full.

7:16 PN linguini with mariana sauce, almond cheese, 'fried onions' which is fantastic and tastes superior to the best cooked onion ever(!)(the raw fried onionrecipe by Irini. Irini has an amazing flare with food! I look forward to when she has a book published), salad with a chive flower and red pepper.

7:59 PM some pecans, walnuts and red raspberry leaf tea.

Tonight I prepared Kale for chips and veggie chips earlier in the day; both are dehydrating overnight.

I love homemade nut cheese, and they are so easy to make!

This morning I woke with a headache. It is not a good idea to eat as much as I did last night and the mixture of food that I ate, before bed. For years I followed the natural hygienic way of eating- their way of food combining and I found that highly beneficial. My eating last night was not in cahoots with natural hygienists, nor was it compatible with my digestive system. (headache was mild and didn't last long)

AM 20 oz of water, 1/2 a dozen veggie chips fresh from the dehydrator

4:33 PM zucchini lingini, almond cheese, salad of green beans, cucumber, lettuce, gr. onion

6:00 PM blueberries with almond mild - 2 bowls full

6:58 PM a sprinkling of pecans

8:30 PM a bliss ball and raspberry tea

(earlier in the day I was not hungry thus the gap from morning until 4:33 PM. I made up for it in the evening!)

10:00 PM 1/2 dozen veggie chips with almond cheese. The cheese made of almonds, probiotics, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and olives, is superb(!), as are the chips!

10:10 PM mejool dates with sesame tahini and blueberries
