I will to learn not to indulge in heavy eating so late in the evening. Last night the combination of a whole avocado, seed cheese, past 9:00 PM; is a not to be repeated action.
1:45 PM a delicious orange!
2:30 PM the by far, best mango I have ever eaten! I promptly returned to the retailer and bought this case of mangoes.
3:20 PM flax crackers with hemp butter and green onions dipped in Himalayan salt.
5:49 PM an orange, strawberry, almond milk-- smoothie WOW(!) no kidding! Nothing else added either. I remembered to take a picture when I was nearly finished drinking the large glass full.
7:56 PM a very large glass of fresh juiced carrot, black kale, celery, beet, dandelion leaves, gala apple (1), cucumber; I added a scoop of phytogreens powder for the extra sponge effect for heavy metals. Again, I remembered to take a photo only when I was nearly finished drinking the juice!
I am currently experiencing very low-level detox symptoms when a point of healing occurs, which is rare.
Oh and, today I mindlessly ate some raw chocolate; it was strictly from an emotional need at the time. It was a very little bit and I forgot about it with no urge for more, within a couple of minutes. I experienced a burn sensation in my mouth after having eaten the chocolate.
New specs. Interesting that on the way to pick up my glasses I could read my hand writing with ease, extremely minimal blur. My hope is to heal my right eye that has 20/50 vision. It is the eye with an astigmatism issue. My left eye has 20/20 vision. My intention is to heal by means of healing my mind, and/or this diet plus exercises recommended by ‘Meir Schneider’ whom I took a couple of weekend trainings from back in the 80’s or early 90’s. Schneider does amazing work in teaching self healing techniques and I have been lazy following his teachings. You may have to copy/paste the link http://www.self-healing.org/navigation/instructors/meir-schneider/ .
I noticed my eyesight had drastically improved yesterday right after I 'saw' something clearly in my mind, a shift in perception equalled a shift in eyesight as well, a healing. May it continue.

Sunny Perfect Day
Meals started today at 1:05 PM 1 bosc pear, kiwi fruit, seed yogurt and walnuts.
The seed yogurt was more like cheese today. It is best eaten the same day it is made, imo.
T'was a bummer that the rejuvelac turned bad so I fed the entire batch to the garden. I think it needed more warmth during fermenting. I find rejuvelac really temperamental to make and it can get costly with the loss of the expensive hard to find raw berries. For now I will make cheese with probiotics, unless I decide to attempt rejuvelac with wheat berries. They are more economical.
After washing the kelm runner I headed for the juicer and made up some sorbet from strawberries and frozen almond milk. The coldness was nice after working up a sweat.
The dish is by potter 'Goldie Sherman', Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
The flax crackers in the dehydrator as shown turned out rather perfect tasting. I had added garlic dulse flakes by Maine Coast and Herbamare herbs and veggies with sea salt-- the spicy combo. Both seasonings are organic. Maine coast seasoning is raw dried and the herbamare is vacuum dehydrated. The temperature used in their dehydrating process is an unknown. I haven't researched it and am too tired this evening to do so. It is something I want to check out, to know. The flax was soaked over night and dehydrated approx 20 hours.
The crackers on the plate are the flax crackers shown above. I slathered them with hemp butter topped with some coconut crystals. 2 thumbs up! It was filling snack that followed the sorbet.
These are mung beans I have been nurturing for sprouts for the last couple of days. They are ready to eat. Just look at those fresh lively little delights! It is a perfect batch. Rinsing them often helps to keep them fresh and not moldy as they grow.
It was on to errands afterwards and I didn't get home until nearly 9:00 PM. It was 9:00 PM by the time I got to eat the salad. I was pretty hungry and had decided to eat rather than not.
The salad is of red lettuce, red onion, mung bean sprouts, olives, avocado, yellow heritage tomato, seed cheese. I drizzled avocado oil over the salad, squirts of lime and seasoned it with some spicy herbamare. It was tasty and alive.
A strong desire to eat an orange followed the salad, which I ate. I find oranges to be so beautifully flavourful!
Today I washed a kelm rug outside on the grass; an easy way to wash eastern natural fiber hand made carpets. After lightly scrubbing it with a brush and eco safe soap I hosed the suds and grime out with cold water. Leaving it to dry in the sun works well .

The art of food, painting, pottery…
11:30 AM Echinacea tea
After soaking pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds over night I went to work making cheese and yogurt from the combination. A separate bowl full of pepitas (pumpkin seeds) took over a tray in the dehydrator that will be used for snacks and as an ingredient in granola.
'Hang in a cheese bag, over a bowl, the blended mixture of water, probiotic and seeds. That will allow the excess water to drip away.'
The video by Dan shows how to prepare the cheese and the yogurt. The only change I made was to use human milk cultured probiotic 'HMF Forte' by Genestra. Dan says he is making cheese from nuts and seeds however he used only seeds. What a super taste from the combo of sunflower and pumpkin!
Breakfast at 2:30 PM at which time I realized I had started to prepare breakfast much earlier and had gotten easily distracted with doing other interesting things, forgetting to eat.
Breakfast was some of the freshly made seed yogurt with blueberries, blackberries and orange pieces. I love the taste of the yogurt and the combo of the fruit with it.
I drank a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice mixed with a fresh batch of rejuvelac. MMMMMMM!!
Last night flax seeds soaked which are now dehydrating to form crackers. More will be added about them tomorrow.
At some point in the late afternoon I ate a couple of bosc pears with more than usual amount of pecan nuts. I finished all the pecans I have on hand so really need to get an order in this week.
I found some agave syrup in my cupboard; it went to the garbage. It was outdated but that wasn't the reason it was tossed out. I never felt good on agave and found out it isn't even the raw food it was made out to be. I am experimenting with coconut crystals and they too don't seem to be up to par.
Between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM my stomach requested food. My refrigerator has a nice selection of food items pretty much at all times. There was enough mariana sauce to mix with yam angel hair noodles and zucchini angel hair noodles, which I freshly spun through one the veggies noodle makers. The mixture was placed on a bed of red lettuce topped with olives and chopped fresh basil. Some of the cheese that is still fermenting was added and whoa…. 'Delicious'.
Oh and right when I was heading to bed I stopped in the kitchen to eat a weensy bit more of the seed yogurt(guess what I am having for breakfast… yep) :), spotted the two ripe mangos atop the counter right beside me and ate one of them, as well. I really do think rejuvelac speeds my metabolism and gets me wanting more to eat.
P.S.-- I didn't feel the best this morning after eating the pistachios so close to retiring for the night. Not the time to eat such a rich nut, actually any nuts! A reminder how well I do when I only eat fresh fruit after 8:00 PM. A tidbit I picked up from Natural Hygienists, years ago, that I have found to be a good idea.

I love that so many folk are raw foodies!
My eating day today started at 1:18 PM with 2 kiwi fruit.
at 2:17 PM I added the juice of 2 lemons to a glass of rejuvelac and drank it. Walnuts came to mind so I ate 6 1/2 walnut halves.
at 3:13 PM a bosc pear which was tasty plus to eat together with another 6 half walnuts. My pear taste returned :)!
At 4:52 PM a hungry stomach spoke up so I ate the other half of the lasagna with red lettuce and hemp seed/olive oil dressing. This time I made a bed of lettuce topped the lettuce around the outside with the dressing and placed the lasagna in the center. Gawd I love this dish!
6:40 PM Thoughts of tasting black berries/ blueberries covered with almond milk lured me right to the kitchen. The beauty of the berries and milk was astounding and I nearly took a picture before adding the bee pollen but I didn't. Another time.
7:06 PM it was the enjoyment of a small bowl of pistachio nuts and red raspberry leaf tea with almond milk. I love to add some kind of milk to red raspberry leaf tea. My choice was to do a weak steep, maybe 5 minutes. It tastes a lot like black tea, and I love the taste of black tea.
I am yawning, a LOT. Heading to bed with a book. Maybe I will be able to read a bit, maybe I will go right to sleep. Sleep can come on so fast for me I will fall asleep in mid sentence even if talking on the phone. When I am tired… out I go, like flicking a switch! Later gator!

Lasagna this evening!
I slept 8 1/2 hours last night. It was a good sleep. I am not getting to bed as early as I would like to be.
Tonight I felt hungry at 11:30 PM and decided to snack on the some granola like I ate earlier in the day.
I do think rejuvelac has increased the speed of my metabolism.
8:30 AM was a refreshing drink of lemon and rejuvelac. I have more brewing. Certainly don't want to run out of it yet I will if I don't locate more of raw oat berries. ack!
12:15 PM a bunch of organic BC cherries… :) Blessings!
AND-- a bowl of granola made of nuts, raisins, goji berries, sprouted sunflower seeds, coconut, fresh black berries and almond milk. scrumptious!
1:31 PM a glass of lemon in rejuvelac
3:36 PM I made a sandwich using the toast from last evening. It is made of hemp butter, heritage tomato, dandelion leaves, seed/nut cheese, himalayan salt and black pepper. I have tasted much better. Truly I was not enthralled with this sandwich one iota. Leaving off the hemp butter may have been best or adding some shallots or fresh basil may have worked. I felt an overall sinking heavy feeling after eating it. Not in my belly, it was an energetic sense. Also my left ear started ringing and is still at it this evening. That may be detox symptoms, although it wasn't ringing prior to eating the sandwich. It was fun to eat a sandwich with something closely resembling bread. I hadn't been eating bread for many YEARS, with the exception of the odd occasion when I was out for dinner.
4:30 PM While I was out and about I ate a bosc pear. It was so so today. Odd how it was to experience a bosc pear as so so.
8:05 PM The big hit of the day was 'Lasagna'! Wow did it turn out amazing and delicious! I was surprised. Using the mariana sauce I layered it with the nut/seed cheese, thin slices of zucchini and avocado topping it off with sauce and some of the cheese. I put the lasagna in the dehydrator for approx half an hour on 115F to warm it and allow the flavours to mingle as well as dry it some.
This gave time to prepare a salad. Ripping up some lovely red lettuce, adding chopped onion topped with whole hemp seed in avocado oil and it was all finished.
Before eating I sprinkled both salad and lasagna with fresh basil from my garden.
The whole meal had me MMMMmmming and MMMMMMMMMmmming repeatedly. A definite, OMG, meal to serve to everyone!!
I ate even later tonight than last night. I felt hungry which led me to eating a heap of cherries then a small bowl of the nut/seed granola with almond milk, before bed. Nope, not a good idea said me in the morning!
Does anyone know what kind of berries these are? They are growing at the foot of the back yard, bordering a small forest. The red looking ripe ones fall off in my hand. They are not firm like raspberries.

This morning seems like ages ago!
This morning I was up at 5:30 AM. Interesting that I slept for only 4 hours and haven't napped today to compensate for the possibly lack of sleep hours. I am not used to this. I like a good nights sleep yet I have wanted to be able to not sleep so much and to rise earlier. Rising after 4 hours sleep, felt effortless. I have not wanted to force myself to do anything. The thought nudged me to return to bed and I decided I wasn't tired and I wasn't going back to bed. I have no idea where this will take me.
At 8:45 AM I drank rejuvelac and lemon followed by a small handful of pecans. Nice way to open to a day.
10:30 AM felt like 2 oranges and bee pollen, which I ate and loved.
10:50 was filled with eating a small handful of sprouted dehydrated sunflower seeds.
the cup and saucer-- a 'Leanne Pizio original'
1:47 PM There is Echinacea tincture in water in that teacup. I heated water and added Echinacea tincture to treat some strange symptom in my right leg. It seems to be working since the symptoms reversed for the most part. I don't know if the rejuvelac is triggering detox symptoms of a sort, or not.
Ground flax seed mixed with the sprouts that remained from fermenting the rejuvelac, made amazing bread. It would be a shame to have wasted them. Making rejuvelac in an interesting process. This is a picture of the slices in the dehydrator ready to dry to a toast.
Juice was next… I felt compelled to make a fresh veggie juice adding an apple to sweeten it. It was oh so fine!
The toast finished!
2:09 PM and I was hungry for something solid so I made another couple of cabbage rolls like the meal yesterday. When I make food I love the taste of and have the ingredients on hand, I have no difficulty continuing to eat it day after day until it is all gone.
I went grocery shopping… wanted to make a lasagna and came home without zucchini. oops. Don't know if I will get the lasagna made from this batch of cheese now. No problem, I can make more cheese in a few days.
I ate a few, oh so wow, cherries…
… and decked two pieces of the freshly done toast, with hemp butter and some honey, which tasted truly delightful and much like baked bread toasted, to me! Even the texture was like traditional toast.
At 7:05 PM I finished a second glass of veggie juice and ate avocado, heritage tomato, red onion and sunflower seed/almond cheese.
After another cup of Echinacea tincture in water, I wanted nothing else to eat for the evening feeling quite content. :)

Starting the day with Rejuvelac! It tastes so lively and fresh. This batch is amazing! I actually didn't indulge in any food/drink until approx. 2:30 PM.
After drinking the rejuvelac I felt like having sorbet 'for breakfast'. Through the champion juicer went the frozen fruit; strawberries, mango cubes, almond milk cubes, almond/coconut cream cubes. The combo is seriously delicious!
An early afternoon snack of a pear & Walnuts.
Late afternoon a couple of veggie rolls using cabbage, sunflower/almond cheese, avocado and red onion. hit the WOW spot! The sunflower/almond cheese is aged to my palate. I feel a lift when I eat it.
Rejuvelac provokes in me a huge appetite. It may be speeding up my metabolism. Today I started another batch of oat berries for sprouting. There are many more recipes I want to try that call for rejuvelac. Ann Wigmore had a love relationship extraordinaire with rejuvelac and I certainly can see why.
Mango followed by freshly dehydrated sprouted sunflower seeds mixed with a few raisins, golden berries, goji berries, currants a wee bit of cacao nibs and coconut, all covered with almond milk satisfied an early evening food crave, so I thought.
Eating didn't stop there. I am eating another bosc pear and pistachios as I write this entry, much later.
