watched some tv last evening, the hoarding show

Last night an aspect of myself did not want to sleep. I find it highly interesting to hit this mind space. It comes slightly attached to cling on feelings of not knowing what to do and sweet tastes eating. Because I felt like it I ate a couple of Me-jool dates around 1:14 AM and thoroughly blissed out with the piece of coconut cream peach flan I had picked up earlier in the evening at Bliss Cafe, around 4:00 AM, together with a cup of red raspberry leaf tea. Although I thought I would go to sleep much earlier, more like 2:00 AM, I didn't do so until after 5:00 AM. My reaction is merely of curious mindfulness.

Peppermint leaves… I must go to our local fabulous herbal medicinals store today for bulk peppermint leaves, that I plan to cold brew in the sunshine. I did not get to the Herb store. Will do so tomorrow, today is a stats holiday.

late afternoon- 18 oz of water then a bended matcha tea that looked like this: hemp seed a couple of teaspoons, almond milk, 1/2 tsp matcha tea, added hot water. wow! then indigestion eeewwww, possibly because my digestive system was not ready for food yet today, minor distraction.

4:45 PM spanning over the next 2.5 hours I staggered my eating, it wasn't a decision to do so. When jotting down the time I noticed my eating behaviour.

Eating day ended at 9:00 PM with a grapefruit and some pecans.

Lymph, keep it moving

For many many years I had dry skin brushed as a mostly daily routine, on off throughout the years. Then about a year and a half ago I stopped and haven't gotten back to it even though at times I think to. Dry skin brushing is wonderful to keep the lymph moving. For a number of months now I have been ending my morning shower with alternating hot/cool flows of water which also helps to keep lymph moving. Do you do anything to help your lymph to cleanse?

A few years back I did the 5 Tibetan Rites for about a year and a half. I liked the effect the rites promoted and I am keen to get doing them once again. The 5 Tibetan Rites work with aligning the chakras. Another practice I incorporate when I feel a need is hands on chakra alignment cleanse. It is transformational with releasing blocked energy. The profundity of this simple self-treatment never ceases to amaze me.

The morning captured me experiencing the enjoyment of drinking warm matcha tea.

2:45 PM frothy icy cantaloupe smoothie

so little to verbally say today :)

mango Chutney ready to stir(by hand)

lunch

new batch of chia pudding with blueberries, blackberries, coconut water which I ate some of after lunch. Chia causes my lips to chap, overnight. Prolly overdosed myself. My stomach felt a strange full feeling, small yet hard full. Definitely a food to eat small portion of. It would be great to mix with fruit and add as layers to fruit & veggie cakes.

She's come undone, and that is good

10:26 AM 2 7/8 cups of water. I wasn't the least bit interested in any water or food until this time.

Hari Om Tat Sat

8:24 AM smoothie of yam, turnip, kale, blueberries, blackberries, phytogreens pwd., carrot, hemp butter-- it is more like a pudding than a smoothie; it is smooth.

1:02 PM Salad of garden lettuce, parsley, spinach, roma tomato, red onion, pecans added part way through eating it, with mustard dressing (yes, I really really love that dressing and it is quick and easy to prepare).

Following the salad, a blackberry tart.

water 16.5 oz.

6:00 PM Strawberry peach cobbler I also purchased last night from Bliss Cafe

6:46 PM mango chutney, falafels, veggie chips; the chutney was so spicy hot that I added a dill pickle.

7:52 PM blackberry tart with cheese and a side of grapes

I get hungrier and eat more when the weather gets colder, like a bear preparing to hibernate, she says as she fills her face full of the rest of the grapes. It is good to see from this perspective what I eat. It shows me how little I need.

Today, a 1 hour brisk walk.

A really creative video
